No, I don't think so. You just need a program or equipment to capture the audio.

Using Skype from computer to computer is completely free.

AHHH SKYPE .... i remember that program... i think i use to have it actually i have it ... BUT my mic sucks cause their always was this awfull noise cause of the speakers were next to the mic and their was loud screeching noises ETC besides my voice on podcast HA ! yea right .. i'm to shy

Love skype. I actually use it as my home phone too, I live in Vegas but have a Cali area code so when ppl ask for my # and i give the area code they assume its my cell.
